At Beyondia Ikebukuro, our Kinder students regularly visit Toshima Kids Park, a spacious and child-friendly play area located inside IKE・SUN PARK. These visits have become an important part of our weekly rhythm, giving the children a chance to move freely, explore new challenges, and enjoy the outdoors.

Beyondia Ikebukuroでは、キンダークラスの子どもたちが定期的に IKE・SUN PARK 内の「としまキッズパーク」へ遊びに出かけています。広々とした安全な遊び場で、思いきり体を動かし、外の空気を感じながらのびのびと過ごすことができる大切な時間です。

One of the children’s favourite activities is riding the small SL train, “IKEDEN,” which runs around the park. They also enjoy the accessible sand play area, climbing structures, swings, and slides. These different types of equipment allow them to develop balance, coordination, and confidence while playing at their own pace.

子どもたちが特に楽しみにしているのは、公園内を走るミニSL「IKE電」に乗ることです。また、砂場やクライミング遊具、ブランコや滑り台など、多様な遊具を自分のペースで楽しんでいます。遊びを通して、バランス感覚や運動能力、自信を育むことができます。

Our regular visits also provide valuable opportunities for social development. Children learn to take turns, support each other, and celebrate one another’s achievements. It is always wonderful to see them cooperating naturally and building friendships through shared experiences.

また、定期的な外遊びは社会性を育む良い機会にもなっています。順番を守ったり、友だちを応援したり、一緒に遊具を使いながら自然と協力し合う姿が見られます。共に過ごす時間の中で、子どもたちの友情がどんどん深まっていきます。

We are grateful to have such a wonderful, community-centred park so close to our school. We look forward to many more joyful mornings of active play, exploration, and friendship at Toshima Kids Park.
