This facility operates as an Preschool childcare facility under Article 35 of the Child Welfare Act and is obligated to submit a notification of establishment to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government based on Article 59-2 of the same Act. [Notification Submission Office] Toshima Ward Children and Family Division Childcare Section has been responsible for unlicensed childcare facilities since February 1, Reiwa 5 (2023) after the authority was transferred from Tokyo Metropolitan Government to Toshima Ward.
